报告摘要:

After the Higgs boson discovery, precise measurement of the Higgs boson properties and searches for its undiscovered production anddecay channels are critical tounderstand the Higgs mechanism and test the Standard Model. The Higgs boson couplings to top and bottom quarks have been observed recently at tree level diagrams, in good agreement with the Standard Model predictions. This talk presents the latest results from the ATLAS experiment on the observation of the Higgs boson decay to a bottom quark pair as well as the observation of the Higgs associated production with a top quark pair.


报告人简介:

Dr. Kun Liu obtained his PhD from both Université Pierre-et-Marie-Curie (Sorbonne Université since 2018.01) and University of Science and Technology of China at 2014. His took his first postdoctoral position CPPM at Marseille, and now he has been working at LPNHE since September 2017. He has been working actively in the Higgs physics studies with the ATLAS experiment, with experiences in detector performance studies and the ITk upgrade.
